Engaging consumer audiences builds trust in Illinois farmers and their farming practices. Surveys show that this audience wants to hear directly from farmers, finding them to be the one of the most authentic voices when it comes to conversations about growing and raising food and how farming affects the environment. But many in agriculture report that seeking those conversations and saying the ‘right’ thing proves to be an obstacle.

Enter Engage, a brand-new source for tools, shareable resources, and trainings that inform and empower farmers and agriculturalists seeking opportunities to connect with consumers in their communities.

Engage will house the latest research, provide insights on trending food- and farm-related topics, and empower those who wish to speak up for agriculture through in-person and online conversations.
